Making Ornaments and Last day of school before winter break!

For another advent calendar surprise we put a note inside it that said the kids got to make ornaments and watch a Christmas movie!

I am so happy that the clay I made turned out! All it was is a mixture of cornstarch, baking soda, water and some glitter!

We sifted through all our cookie cutters and found all the Christmas ones. We rolled out the clay and cut it out just like cookies and then used stamps to personalize them! Then we cooked them in the oven for 5 hours or so. They turned out great!

The dough is so snowy white and pretty! 

When they were all finished baking I showed the boys and Lee said, "WOW it's all stem! That is what I call it when an ortament get's all statuey" Haha!
